For Roberta Furcolo, friendship and human relationships are central to both personal and professional growth.

Her values are built on strong roots and a humanistic vision. Family and friendship provide her with balance, a quiet strength that gives her love and stability. Her husband, Alberto, and their two wonderful children, Giulia and Francesco, are her top priority. She always makes time for friends, whom she considers vital to her social vibrancy. She seeks enriching conversations, inspiring connections and ways to make a positive impact on others' lives.

During the pandemic, she created the international network “Non Solo Covid,” which still facilitates the exchange of advice and support among many women.

Her social commitment is evident in her natural inclination to help others, particularly through her collaboration with the Cometa Foundation and the “Oliver Twist High School” which offers jobs training alongside meaningful education. These initiatives aim to provide mentorship and educational support to children and young adults facing severe social hardship, fostering their emotional growth and helping them integrate into the workforce.
